It’s the biggest event on the American sporting calendar. The matchup we’ve all been waiting for. The best athletes on the planet vying against each other for a place in the history books and a shot at the coveted Lombarky Trophy. It’s the 2023 Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet.
This will be the largest Puppy Bowl to date, with 122 puppies from 67 different shelters and rescues across the United States making up the rosters for Team Ruff and Team Fluff. Eleven of the pups have special needs, and all of the pups are adoptable. All of the pups are also adorable.

How to Watch and Stream the Puppy Bowl 2023
This year’s Puppy Bowl just got a lot easier to watch.

The Puppy Bowl airs on Sunday, Feb. 12, at 2 p.m. ET. This year’s show will include Bleacher Report host Taylor Rooks, sports analyst Steve Levy, Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson from Married to Real Estate, Faruq Tauheed from Battlebots, Zak Bagans from Ghost Adventures and Alex Guarnaschelli from Supermarket Stakeout. There will also be talent from the Discovery Channel’s Street Outlaws franchise and the upcoming movie Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
In addition to 122 puppies from 67 shelters and rescues in 34 states, the Puppy Bowl XIX will feature a puppy player from Dominica, West Indies, and a Native American animal group for the first time.
The Puppy Bowl XIX pre-game show will begin at 1 p.m ET and will feature interviews with coaches and players to offer viewers the inside scoop on the Puppy Bowl draft.
